You need to book and pay the reservations in the banquet
with the inscription. The banquet will be, as the last years, in the same Hotel La Boroña, on Saturday 10 th at 10:00 p.m. o’clock.
The menu will be:
Starters:
Corn cake with chopped chorizo and quail egg
(Torto de maíz con picadillo y huevo de codorniz)
and
Matachana puding pie with tomato jam
(Pastel de morcilla matachana con mermelada de tomate)
Main course:
Iberian pork cheek with vanilla, potato and pineapple
(Carrillera de cerdo ibérico a la vainilla con patata y piña)
or
Hake in baked apple sauce
(Merluza en salsa de manzana asada)
Dessert:
Three chocolates temptation with infusion of berries
(Tentación de tres chocolates con infusión de frutos rojos)
Red and white wine, water or beer and coffee
(Vino blanco y tinto, agua o cerveza y café)
